Mechatronics, Ain Shams. Bevel pairs, reduction stages, torque paths — the discipline underneath everything that came after.
A mechanism is only as good as the loop that drives it. Kinematics, actuation, sensing — engineering that has to survive contact with the world.
More degrees of freedom, harder balance, tighter loops. The same control problem, scaled until it stops being forgiving.
Attitude estimation, four motors, no room for error. Autonomy is where mechanical design and software stop being separable.
Weights, layers, signals that strengthen with use. The machines stop being programmed and start being trained.
Every request enters at the edge, gets validated, meets a permission gate, and only then touches the data. Forty-three tables, four roles, default-deny.
An Arabic-first marketplace giving Egypt's informal sellers a verified storefront, and a multi-tenant white-label business platform. Both in development.

Front to back
I trained as a mechatronics engineer, where a system either works under real load or it does not. That standard came with me into software, and it is why I specify before I build.
Nothing reaches the data without passing validation and a per-row permission check. That is the part of the design I spend the most time on.
Full right-to-left layout with a bilingual toggle, designed from the first wireframe rather than retrofitted onto an English page.
Row-level security enabled and default-deny on every table, with four roles separated at the database rather than in application code.
Business rules catalogued and numbered, the data contract frozen before a page is drawn, and a reviewer pipeline checking each phase against those documents.
Building now
A verified storefront for Egypt's informal WhatsApp and Instagram sellers. Phone-OTP identity, admin-reviewed verification, Arabic-first listings, neighbourhood search, and a custodial split payment — deposit up front, balance on delivery — with reviews, seller levels and mediated disputes.
A multi-tenant, white-label platform for packaging and business management. Six standalone HTML tools built for a single brand are being consolidated into one tenanted application that other brands run under their own identity.
Open the live previewThe review layer behind both products. It issues verdicts, authors frozen documents, emits task prompts, tracks carry-forwards and owns phase sequencing — and writes no code itself. It is how a one-person team keeps two products honest against their own specifications.
Every table denies by default; access is granted by explicit policy, enforced in the database rather than trusted to the application.
Arabic and English with a full RTL mirror, and left-to-right islands preserved for digits and references.
Bespoke administrative and operational systems replacing manual processes with something structured and auditable.
Scope, before the first commit
Fifty-nine pages wireframed, four roles separated, every business rule given an identifier and mapped to the layer that enforces it — database constraint, policy, trigger or validated server action. That document is what the reviewer pipeline checks against.
